I think you are a little confused about translating from one language to another works, and specifically how a text like the Bible is translated. There are definitely differences in some modern translations because new manuscripts have become available since the good old King James was penned. But the real issue here is living languages (as opposed to dead ones like Latin) change over time (who uses thou and thee anymore except when studying Shakespear). But if you’d like to cite an example of a “contradicting translation” I’d be happy to research the reasons behind the words used.
