You hit on a lot of good points, as you have with campaign finance reform issues in general, but I think you consistently miss the fundamental problems. Everything you talk about is symptomatic or only surface deep.

The questions to ask are, why have these inequalities arisen? Why is our campaign finance system so broken? What difference do things like electoral remapping or campaign finance reform make if other systemic inequalities will emerge out of the same fundamental structural flaws inherent in both capitalism and representative democracy to replace them?
