Yes, I suspect it's easier to think about allocation of time than it is to reckon with how the accrual of wealth to the few is, itself, a malignant social force that stands in opposition to doing the most good. If you're even capable of large-scale philanthropy, you're already losing the battle to use your life to do the most good.
Einstein's argument is that, to do the most good, the means of production--and thus the surplus wealth that arises from it--must be shared. And nobody understood time better than Einstein.
