My point is that there are mentally unstable people out there who don’t need a lot of encouragement to turn their fantasies into real life tragedies, and Donald Trump may have spoken loudly and clearly to them today. That is truly dangerous, and — like so many things he’s said and done — it further disqualifies him from holding elected office.
Yeah, that’s irresponsible on the same level as labeling black men super predators or voting “yes” to the War in Iraq, where hundreds of thousands of people have died. Trump is exactly the candidate the Republican party has been building to with decades of racist rhetoric and racist policies. Unfortunately, Clinton is the candidate the Democratic party has been building to, with decades of selling out their voters to the corporatist oligarchy.
I get that you think Trump is miles worse than Clinton, but they are both abhorrent and either would be a massive detriment to the world if elected into office. I’m sad that you look back on your Nader vote as a mistake and can’t recognize that the stakes are higher than ever for eliminating the stranglehold the two-party system has over the United States. Do you think Trump and Clinton are going to be the end of this if we don’t stop voting for Republicans and Democrats? Absolutely not and, if history is any indication, the future offerings are going to be worse.
Whom do you select in the impending Kanye West-Anthony Wiener vs. Kid Rock-Dan Snyder election? Because that’s about the best you can hope for if this shit continues. I mean, I guess you’ll be with Yeezy-Wieney, but are you going to be happy about it?
