What do you mean? I stated pretty plainly that I think speculation about this is worthless unless it can be subjected to legitimate analysis, and I also said I’m aware of no hypothesis about this that has been subjected to scientific scrutiny. Why do you suppose I should offer up what I consider to be worthless speculation?

The more interesting question is how would you test any hypothesis about this?
