The police dispatcher who reported the incident literally referred to the shooter as "a middle-aged white male with dark hair and a beard." Given that's the messaging that went out to the police who arrived on scene, the shooter instantly benefited from white privilege, and a little while later he was apprehended and handcuffed. Not shot dead.
I'll bet that police dispatcher didn't get fired, though. Nor do you see these alt-right goons complaining about that.
Nor, I'm sure, will Dave Rubin be fired for his needless transphobic anti-pronouns aside in his whining tweet. It's unfortunate anyone pays attention to what Dave Rubin says or thinks about anything. He's not very well informed.
And all of this is before we even get into the question of race vs. ethnicity vs. religion. The State of Colorado says he's white. He's officially, legally white.

Who knows, given that document, maybe you have a decent case for a wrongful termination lawsuit.
