Seems like Instacart's treatment of employees as contract workers, which resulted in a class action lawsuit, while undoubtedly part and parcel to their ability to amass money, isn't something to be lauded.

It also flies in the face of "competition is bad." Why were they mistreatning employees? To get ahead of the competition, I would guess.
