Products are a form of speech, and free speech must be fiercely protected, even if we disagree with some of the voices. Our view is consistent with the position of the ACLU, an organization that we agree with.
Products are not a form of speech. A gun, for example, is a type of product, and guns have an entirely separate amendment that deals with them. By way of the First Amendment you are, of course, allowed to say erroneous things like “products are a form of speech,” but I’m also allowed to let you know you’re wrong about that.
